These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of luxury-casino-canada.org and all related software, products, and services ("Service") offered by Luxury Casino ("Casino," "Us," "We," "Our"). Luxury Casino is managed by Fresh Horizons Limited, Palm Grove House, P.O. Box 438, Road Town, Tortola, VG 1110, British Virgin Islands, and is licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, Canada, under Licence Number 00972. The website is owned and operated by Apollo Entertainment Ltd (C 45483), TA'XBIEX, Malta. These Terms were last updated on 10 February 2026. 1. Definitions

"Player," "You," "Your" — any customer who uses the products, software, or websites offered by Luxury Casino. "Casino," "Us," "We," "Our" — Luxury Casino and its operators. "Service" — all products, software, websites, and gaming experiences provided under the Luxury Casino brand. "Bonus Account" — the portion of a Player's casino balance comprising bonus funds that cannot be directly withdrawn but can be used to place wagers. "Cash Account" — the portion of a Player's casino balance comprising real money that may be withdrawn subject to verification and any applicable terms. "Play-Through Requirement" — the total wagering amount a Player must complete before bonus funds convert to cash and become withdrawable. "Casino Rewards" — the multi-casino VIP loyalty program of which Luxury Casino is a member. "Dormant Account" — an account in which no wager, deposit, or withdrawal has been made within the period specified at the Casino's discretion.

By creating an account on luxury-casino-canada.org, the Player confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. Luxury Casino reserves the right to revise any part of these Terms at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Players should visit the Terms page periodically to review changes. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms. The English version of these Terms takes priority over any translation in the event of ambiguity.

3. Eligibility

  • Players must be at least 19 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, to create an account or use the Service.
  • Each Player may operate only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person are prohibited and may result in winnings from all associated accounts being confiscated.
  • Players are solely responsible for confirming that online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering.
  • Promotions and bonuses are limited to one claim per device, person, household, family, physical address, email address, financial account, IP address, or shared network environment.
  • Employees, officers, directors, promotional agents, licensees, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

4. Account Registration

All information supplied upon registration must be accurate and complete. Luxury Casino reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including at registration and before processing withdrawals. Accounts with incomplete or incorrect registration details may be suspended until verification is completed; accounts that cannot be verified may be closed with balances confiscated, refunded, or voided at the Casino's discretion. Players must notify the Support Centre of any changes to address, email address, phone number, or other registered personal information. Each Player must keep account login details (username and password) strictly confidential. Luxury Casino will not be held liable for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials. If biometric login is activated, only the registered account holder's own biometrics may be enrolled on the device.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Luxury Casino accepts deposits from Canadian players via credit/debit cards, CAD EFT/ECheck, e-wallets (including Skrill), Interac, and prepaid vouchers. The Casino does not charge players for making deposits; however, payment service providers or the player's financial institution may apply transaction fees. The name on all financial accounts used to deposit or withdraw must match the name registered on the Luxury Casino account. Withdrawals of deposited funds are credited back against recent deposits where applicable; winnings above the deposited amount are paid to the Player's Preferred Method of Payment (PMOP). Minimum withdrawal amounts are $50 (most methods) and $300 (Direct Bank Transfer). Direct Bank Transfer carries a fee of $50 for amounts under $3,000 and $100 for amounts over $3,000. Withdrawals involving a currency conversion are subject to the average daily interbank market rate plus a 2.5% conversion fee. Withdrawn funds are held in pending for 48 hours before processing on the following business day — players may reverse a withdrawal during the pending period. Players who win substantially more than their total purchases across all Casino Rewards partner casinos are limited to a maximum weekly withdrawal of $4,000. Luxury Casino may request proof of income, source of funds, and other due diligence documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Failure to comply with such requests grants the Casino the right to void winnings and lock the account.

5a. Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are credited to a Player's Bonus Account and cannot be directly withdrawn. Bonus funds may be used to place wagers. The first and second deposit welcome bonuses are subject to a 200x play-through requirement before the bonus balance converts to cash. The third through fifth deposit welcome bonuses are subject to a 30x play-through requirement. Game contributions toward play-through are: Slots and Parlor Games — 100%; Table Poker, Casino War, Sic Bo — 50%; Classic Blackjack, Craps, Baccarat, all Live Blackjack, Live Baccarat — 10%; most Video Pokers and all Roulettes — 2%; All Aces Video Poker — 0% (no loyalty points earned). Live Casino: Deal or No Deal Live and Lightning Dice — 100%; Super Sic Bo, Live Auto Roulette, Live French/American Roulette, Live Caribbean Stud, Live Casino Hold'em, Live Three Card Poker, Live Dream Catcher, 2 Hand Casino Hold'em, Side Bet City — 2%. Doubling up on any game does not count toward wagering requirements. Promotional bonuses unused within 60 days of registration are forfeited. Irregular play — including single bets of 25% or more of the credited bonus amount, even-money betting on Sic Bo/Craps/Roulette, hedge betting, and autoplay used specifically to meet wagering requirements — may result in winnings being forfeited.

5b. Responsible Gambling

Luxury Casino promotes responsible gambling through deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), cooling-off periods (24 hours to six weeks), and a minimum six-month self-exclusion period. Deposit limit increases require a 24-hour waiting period before taking effect. Self-exclusion is irreversible once confirmed and cannot be shortened. 6. Prohibited Conduct

  • Allowing third parties to use the Player's casino account.
  • Transferring funds between individual player accounts.
  • Using chargebacks, deposit disputes, or payment reversals after wagering has taken place.
  • Exploiting promotional offers without demonstrating genuine risk of personal funds (bonus abuse).
  • Using the Service if under the legal gambling age in the player's jurisdiction.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property on luxury-casino-canada.org are owned by or licensed to Luxury Casino and its operators. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. 8. Limitation of Liability

Luxury Casino accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, server disruptions, Internet connection failures, third-party payment processor delays, software malfunctions, or circumstances beyond the Casino's reasonable control. In the event of a system malfunction, all wagers placed during the malfunction period are void. Luxury Casino's liability to any Player is limited to the amount deposited by that Player in connection with the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or wilful misconduct by Luxury Casino.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Kahnawake Gaming Commission operates. If Luxury Casino is unable to resolve a complaint internally, the dispute is referred to eCOGRA as the Casino's Alternative Dispute Resolution entity — eCOGRA's decision is final subject to full representation from both parties.
